Svitlana Usenko and Aleksandra Myrgorodska, a longtime partner of the DOUNB Library, have presented to them a popular American holiday – Thanksgiving – and the way it is celebrated in the United States. From the WOA’s slide presentation the students learned about the main characters of this holiday. They watched videos.
Students received a good mood for the day, new cross-cultural knowledge and additional motivation to study English.
