English Speaking club - Emancipation Day

The topic of this  English Speaking сlub was The Emancipation Day – Juneteenth (Texas).

In the beginning of the club the new member Oksana Kostiuchenko who lives in Canada told us about the life there, negative and positive sides of living there.

Yana Litvinova who had just returned from Italy told about Milan, Venice.

Svitlana Usenko also told about Chicago and Washington and her trip to the USA in general.

Every member of English speaking club was surprised with a wonderful stories about Washington , Chicago, Ottawa, Milano, Venice. It was interesting to learn about American libraries, their work and organization, about Chicago public library witch budget is about $ 30 mln. Chicago successfully combines modern skyscrapers and green parks.
